Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The item must be in resalable condition.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Due to the nature of fragrance and personal care products, opened, used, or tampered items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@rouglifesstlle.com. Include your order number and photos of the product and packaging.
Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.
