Exchange Eligibility

Exchanges may be requested within 30 days of delivery if:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective.
  • An incorrect item was received.
  • The product remains unused and in its original packaging.

Non-Exchangeable Products

We cannot exchange:

  • Opened or used fragrance products.
  • Products damaged through misuse or improper handling.
  • Final sale, clearance, or promotional items unless defective.

How to Request an Exchange

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Supporting photographs if applicable

Once approved, replacement instructions will be provided.
