Exchange Eligibility
Exchanges may be requested within 30 days of delivery if:
- The item arrived damaged or defective.
- An incorrect item was received.
- The product remains unused and in its original packaging.
Non-Exchangeable Products
We cannot exchange:
- Opened or used fragrance products.
- Products damaged through misuse or improper handling.
- Final sale, clearance, or promotional items unless defective.
